Funding

We understand that the financial burden of private home care can be a concern for many families. Fortunately, there are many available programs to help ease this burden.

Funding Options:

Private Insurance Policy

Private insurance may cover the cost of some home care or private care services, including post-surgical care and nursing care. Check your insurance policy or contact your provider to see if you are eligible with your current plan.

Self/Family Managed Care

This is a government funded program that allows an individual or family member to manage the care of their loved one. We can walk you through the process and care for you in the meantime.

Workers Compensation

If you are injured at work and have made a claim with the WCB, they may cover some of the cost for needed home care.

Manitoba Public Insurance

If you are injured in a vehicle-related accident and require care during your recovery, MPI may cover your expenses.
